How Does Our Membership Care Plan Work?
The way our Membership Care Plan works is easy. On the day you enroll, you will receive access to all of the included services and discounts in your plan. It’s important to note that this is not dental insurance and it cannot be used alongside dental insurance. Memberships also cannot be transferred to another person, and we do request that treatment be paid in full at the time of service unless other financial arrangements have been made with us.
